Tim Padden

Founder and Executive Director

Tim Padden - CEO has a 30-year track record in sales, business start-ups, and management systems development, including several domestic and international companies. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in economic policy, Tim focused on organizational behavior and system management.

He honed his skills running organizations in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Named as one of the “Top 10 CEOs to know “ by the Austin Business Journal, Tim brings focus , experience and enthusiasm to everything he does. His Extensive travels abroad have given Tim a particularly global perspective. After 25 years in international companies, Tim has moved his focus to solving the problem of world hunger. By innovating and creating a low-cost, high-yield framework, he is building a reproducible structure that can provide affordable food to the world.

Wanda Boker

Director of Development and Global Partnerships

Wanda’s 20-year international career in civil society, human rights and international justice honed skills in project design and management, public outreach, strategic communication, situation and impact analysis, fundraising and budget management in countries as diverse as Russia (Search for Common Ground), Kazakhstan (Soros Foundation), Rwanda Internews Network), The Netherlands (International Criminal Court), Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic (Interactive Radio for Justice) and Cambodia (Consultant).

Wanda’s experience with non-governmental organizations, foundations and intergovernmental organizations forms her ‘global network of local genius’ model for success. After returning to the United States Wanda started a small business in niche-market commerce (gluten-free French pastries anyone?) and has worked in municipal project fundraising and project management for climate change mitigation and sustainable economic development since 2021. Wanda earned her MA in International Policy Studies and Russian language from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in Political Science, International Relations and French language at Simmons University.

Dan Bump graduated from UT Arlington with a master's degree in physics.
He spent 29 1/2 years working for Southwestern Bell Telephone (AT&T) as an engineer, Supervisor of network administration, and district manager of South Texas special services , district manager of network
planning-Texas (responsible for the organization that did economic studies to justify new
technology.The last four years with AT&T were spent as executive capital Budgeting for South African Telcom in South Africa.
Dan has traveled to all seven continents from the Arctic Circle to the Antarctic.Through his extensive experience working and traveling internationally, Dan recognizes that people worldwide are the same. They are all trying to survive and make a better world for their families.
