Globalponics is a 501C3 nonprofit organization based in Austin Texas, founded on the conviction that practical and scalable solutions exist with hydroponic farming to effectively address world hunger around the world.  By growing crops without soil, hydroponic systems significantly increase yields while using fewer resources, up to 98% less water and 98% less land, than conventional farming methods – independent of climate change. This approach not only offers hope for feeding a growing world population but represents a sustainable path forward in the fight against global food insecurity. 

Globalponics offers a scalable model of hydroponic farming with the ability to deploy and set up regionally specific prototypes for greenhouses, provide training to local partners and begin food production where it’s most needed.

The Globalponics operational model provides a viable path to mitigating world hunger as the planet gets warmer, conventional food-yields decrease and world population grows.Temperature and light controlled greenhouses are designed to scale and local partners are trained – on installation, methodology, monitoring and harvesting – to grow produce for their own community.
